How To Return An Item
You must contact us and arrange for a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- All product must be in their original, unopened package to be accepted for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect. If the package was damaged in transit you must contact us in 7 business days.
If your product is eligible for a return, email us at [email protected] for instructions on how to send the product back, and to receive a RMA return number. Returns can take 7 - 10 business days to process once we’ve received the return.
Please note: Unless there is a manufacturer defect and we are contacted in 7 business days, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
